Another way NASCAR controls the racing

Would Jimmy Johnson be winning the NASCAR Chase if multiple Hendrick team members didn't help him get back in the Texas race?  I think this is something NASCAR should take a look at. If the car goes behind the wall, ONLY that teams crew should be able to work on the car, NOT an organization. And if they can't get it fixed in time - to bad! This is just another advantage the larger teams have over smaller teams in the NASCAR Series. And as long as NASCAR allows it to go on, the smaller teams will never have a chance. It is just another way NASCAR controls the racing.
